ouch.... arm n stomach aching....pain sia..... juz did a slight exercise pervious day...now pain like hell... i become soooo weak already.... then juz now oso do the same exercise....halfways no breath already... OMG...i think i am getting old alreay...haiz... better get train up...if not nxt yr pft fail liao....scare scare...
hee...ytd muai new bed come liao.... beri comfortable...hee...now is muai bed n chair...haha muai now sitting one it typing dis blog...soo nice sia...keke! muai parent bed beri 'tall' sia... i sit on it...muai leg cannot touch de floor...lolz... they bought da bed cuz grandma say their bed too low...now i think muai grandma will hab problem getting on it...haha=P
Yay!! tml going out to makan wib muai jc frenz...at last can go out....been staying at home for nearly 4 days...cannot take it sia.... gonna bored to death...keke.. budden scare tml body muscle more ache...cannot get up then beri jialat liao...keke. but think can one...sure muz!! if not...gonna rot at home for another day...althought got work to do at home...hee..hack care...can wait one..=P
